Our final Supper Club of the year was the perfect way to wrap up the season! Under the afternoon sun, we hand built our own grill to bring people Japanese-style yakitori skewers and sausages which we paired with my signature potato salad, coleslaw - an upscale take on Aussie classics, complete with homemade relishes, ferments, and pickles that added a burst of flavor to every bite.
The spritzes flowed, organic wines were poured, and guests brought their own beers to keep the good vibes going. With a 2 PM start, the afternoon stretched into a golden evening, filled with laughter, music, and plenty of dips in the water.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined—whether it was your first Supper Club or you’ve been part of the journey all year. These gatherings are all about good food, great company, and shared experiences, and this one was no exception.
